Where do you pick up?
We’re based at 1704 N Fort Harrison Ave in Clearwater and run routes across Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Largo, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Palm Harbor. Enter your address when you schedule and we’ll tell you straight away whether we’re on your street — if we aren’t yet, we’ll add you to the list and email you the week we get there.
When are you open?
The counter and the self-service machines are open seven days a week — 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Saturday, and 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday. Pickup windows run 8–10 AM, 10 AM–12 PM, 4–6 PM and 6–8 PM.
How does per-bag pricing work?
One Look bag holds about two full machine loads. Stuff it as full as it zips — the price doesn’t change. No subscription, no minimums, and your card is only charged when we pick up.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers leave bags on the porch or with a front desk. You’ll get a text when your driver is close and a photo confirmation at drop-off.
What about delicates and special care?
Add care notes when you schedule — hypoallergenic detergent, cold wash, hang-dry, air-dry. Notes save to your address, so you set them once.
How fast is turnaround?
Most orders come back the next evening. Large orders and comforters can take 48 hours — we’ll tell you at pickup, not after.
